Context

As Ivy Partners continues its rapid expansion, we are strengthening our internal IT team with a hands-on, versatile professional.

Your Role: DevSecOps Engineer

You will contribute across a broad technical perimeter, including:

1. Azure, Cloud & Applications

  • M365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • Security configuration and monitoring
  • Full lifecycle management of cloud applications

2. Security Operations

  • Implement corporate security standards in collaboration with the CISO
  • Perform daily security monitoring
  • Support incident investigation and response activities

3. Industrialization & Automation

  • Standardize IT processes (ITIL, Security, Project, Business Analysis)
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps practices (GitHub/GitLab)
  • Contribute to automation initiatives across cloud, security, and platform layers

5. Support & Helpdesk

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support across the Lisbon Office
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of daily support tickets

About You

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in DevSecOps practices (Terraform/Ansible), GitHub/GitLab
  • Strong soft skills: rigorous, service-oriented, autonomous, collaborative, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment
  • Solid expertise in Azure/M365 administration: Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, M365, Defender suite
  • Scripting skills: PowerShell required; Bash or Python is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and Portuguese, French or German is a plus
