We are looking for Beauty Advisors to join our team in Porto For an important partner in the cosmetics industry, we are looking for brilliant resources to be included as Customer Service employees.
What you'll do
- Manage customer requests relating to Information and Complaints;
- Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers;
- Maintain different channels active (live chat, phone, email, webforms, Social 1:1);
- Provide excellent solution and service;
- Provide product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.
What you'll need
- C2 level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required;
- Customer orientation, problem solving skills and teamwork;
- Good IT skills;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Previous experience in Customer Service;
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and high focus on customer satisfaction;
- Prior knowledge in Cosmetics and Luxury sector;
- Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
