HI FLY is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340.
The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months while continues enhancing its Cabin standards.
Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently recruiting a highly motivated Compliance Monitoring Operations Auditor to join our office in Lisbon, Portugal.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be assigned with audits that are part of the Annual Audit Schedule, within the scope of Part-OPS and Aircrew;
Ensuring that the procedures meet the applicable regulations and standards;
Conduct autonomously the auditing process, including the production of audit reports, while verifying audit evidence in a systematic, independent and documented way;
Conduct inspections whenever required and to ensure Hi Fly Operations providers deliver services and comply with contractual specifications and applicable regulations.
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in the Aviation Industry, including direct involvement in Compliance Monitoring and regulatory oversight;
Academic degree;
Auditor Certificate (mandatory);
Strong Organizational skills;
Knowledge of laws, regulations and "best practices" (preferential);
Good communication skills and empathy;
Availability to travel;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Availability to travel.
