Club Manager.
Funções
Responsável pela gestão e direção do clube, na ausência do Área Manager;
Responsável pela execução dos objetivos qualitativos e quantitativos estabelecidos;
Garantir os padrões de qualidade dos produtos e serviços da empresa a nível económico (clientes, novas adesões, custos e Margem Operacional), e de KPIs (NPS, EBITDA e outros);
Responsável por assegurar que os padrões de qualidade são cumpridos nas Aulas de Grupo e na Sala de Fitness.
Realização de auditorias e report a todo o pessoal técnico;
Planear, coordenar e participar no atendimento ao cliente, aulas de grupo e garantir o bom funcionamento e horários de trabalho do staff;
Responsável pela seleção, contratação, cessação e coordenação dos trabalhadores e colaboradores contratados em conjunto e com a aprovação do seu superior hierárquico;

Contrato de trabalho em regime de full-time (40 horas semanais).
Requisitos mínimos
Cédula profissional TEF e licenciatura em educação física e desporto
– Obrigatório;
Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em funções similares na área do Fitness;
Orientação ao cliente;
Dinamismo, polivalência e boa capacidade de comunicação;
Disponibilidade imediata e horária.
