What You'll do:

  • Provide application maintenance including operational support, corrective maintenance, evolutionary maintenance, and project support;
  • Act as the bridge between the client and the development team;
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document requirements in ServiceNow;
  • Analyse existing processes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement;
  • Recommend best practices to optimise incident, problem, change, and asset management processes within ServiceNow;
  • Ensure alignment with the ITIL framework and organisational policies;
  • Act as a liaison between business users and the ServiceNow development team;
  • Support a long-term ServiceNow application maintenance assignment;
  • Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Strong overall knowledge of the ServiceNow platform;
  • Proven experience with ITSM and CSM;
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills;
  • Agile mindset;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Knowledge of SAFe (nice to have);
