To keep driving success, we're looking for an enthusiastic
Project Manager
to join our team in
Porto, Portugal
. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering retail solution projects and ensuring customer satisfaction with our professional services.

Main Assignments

  • Manage the delivery of consulting projects involving the implementation of LS Retail's products and services
  • Track project progress, monitor deliverables, costs, timing, and change requests
  • Responsible for invoicing of services and expenses on projects
  • Work with consulting management to prepare proposals for consulting services
  • Work with consulting management to manage resource allocation and staffing on projects
  • Participate in developing value-added tools (methodologies, processes, templates, documentation) that enhance repeatability and, in doing so, improve efficiency, consistency and quality of delivery/execution
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 8-10 years of experience, ideally within a consulting or IT environment
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering multiple complex projects in parallel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; able to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
