About Us: We are Tribute Brands – a dynamic portfolio of fitness and lifestyle concepts, designed for scalability through franchising and tech innovation. Through our brands, TRIB3 and PILAT3S, we're on a mission to make boutique group exercise more accessible, worldwide.
The Role: The Video Editor will support the creation, editing and delivery of premium, brand-compliant content across both the TRIB3 and PILAT3S. This includes video content for our in-studio visual displays, social media and broader multimedia assets. The Video Editor will:
- Produce content using video, photography, graphics, illustrations and sound to enhance product delivery and brand presence.
- Support the filming and editing of content for the routine displays, educational materials and product development.
- Deliver polished, on-brand video content, including studio footage and social media marketing.
Use digital tools to create visual effects, motion graphics and animations for various formats.
Support the development of multimedia products designed to educate, inspire and engage audiences.
Experience
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve – colour grading, editing, and sound design.
- Experience with Fusionfor compositing and motion graphics within DaVinci Resolve or experience with After Effects for compositing and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of GFX (Graphic Effects) - ability to create titles, lower thirds, transitions, and motion graphics that align with brand identity.
- Basic VFX knowledge (keying, masking, tracking, rotoscoping, and cleanup).
The Person
- Interest in new editing trends, social media formats, and short-form content.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable receiving feedback and working within a creative team.
