Start date: March 20, 2025
Contract: Fixed-term (6-month), with potential for extension
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an
additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift
pattern, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 17:00.
We are seeking a passionate Italian speakers for the position of Operations Customer Expert to join our client's dynamic Advertising Sales Accelerate Tier 2 Team. This role supports clients in the Italian market, focusing on driving sales growth and developing an extensive client base in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Marketing Expert, you will work alongside a high-performing team of advertising professionals, delivering top-tier services and leveraging cutting-edge advertising solutions.
You will provide exceptional client service in both Italian and English, playing a crucial role in maximizing the value of digital advertising solutions for our clients. Your success will be driven by your consultative sales expertise, client relationship management skills, and your ability to thrive in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with new and existing clients via phone, email, and chat to identify opportunities and offer tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and recommend the best advertising solutions to drive business success.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their advertising campaigns are optimized and revenue is grown.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay informed on market trends and industries, using insights to provide customized advertising strategies.
- Product Optimization: Advise clients on the optimal use of digital advertising solutions, ensuring continuous campaign improvement.
- Communication & Support: Maintain effective communication with clients, providing pre- and post-sales support to ensure their continued success.
- Proactive Outreach: Monitor market opportunities and client needs, suggesting new business initiatives to drive revenue.
- Learning & Sharing: Engage in ongoing learning and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance client experiences and the success of advertising products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, advertising, or account management (preferably in digital advertising).
- Languages: Native proficiency in Italian, with at least B2-level proficiency in English.
- Consultative Sales Expertise: Strong ability to understand and address client needs with effective advertising solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, fruitful relationships with clients.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to simplify complex advertising concepts.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Proactive & Results-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving results in a competitive environment.
- Attention to Detail & Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Candidates must complete the 12-day training program, after which a contract will be signed based on successful completion.
