About The Project
We are recruiting
Italian speakers
to join a
backoffice team
based in Porto, supporting an international
e-commerce / online sports retail project
. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a stable role, growth potential, and exposure to a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyze information related to e-commerce operations
- Manage requests, validate data, and update internal systems
- Provide administrative support to different project departments
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality in task execution
- Potential future evolution to inbound customer support tasks (Monday to Saturday)
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written), ideally near-native level
- Good knowledge of English or Portuguese (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Comfort with administrative tasks and digital environments
- Residence in the Porto area or availability for occasional on-site presence (training, alignments, etc.)
- Availability to start on 05/01/2026
