Education/Experience

  • Demonstrating experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration, preferably in a similar organisational context;
  • Working in cross‑functional environments requiring coordination among multiple departments;
  • Maintaining compliance and achieving performance outcomes through effective vendor oversight.

Duties

  • On‑boarding and off‑boarding service contractors under Advisory and Assistance Services (AAS) and other procurement vehicles as required;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalising Statements of Work (SOW) for a variety of service requirements;
  • Identifying and recommending suitable procurement strategies aligned with NATO procurement policies.
