Key Responsibilities – Bilingual Recruiter (Portuguese & English), BPO Portugal

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for entry-level to mid-management roles within the BPO sector, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality Portuguese- and English-speaking candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely feedback, interview preparation, and relocation support when required.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and ensure all pre-employment processes comply with legal and company standards.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns to strengthen Workster's presence within the Portuguese and international BPO market.
• Stay informed of labour market trends, best recruitment practices, and BPO industry developments to support continuous optimisation of sourcing strategies.

Candidate Profile – Bilingual Portuguese & English Recruiter, Lisbon

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, ideally within a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Portuguese (European) and English, verbal and written – additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships and engage with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Organised, proactive, and results-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in using ATS, CRM, and digital recruiting tools; comfortable with social media sourcing.
• Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a respectful and supportive approach to all candidates and colleagues.
• Adaptability, resilience, and an eagerness to learn about the evolving BPO landscape in Portugal and beyond.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labour market regulations and recruitment best practices is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
