YOUR ROLE- Configure, operate, and optimize TecAlliance TecCom platforms (Order, Availability, Delivery, Invoice).
- Manage B2B communication processes between suppliers, distributors, and trading partners.
- Support onboarding of partners into TecCom channels and integrations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot EDI/TecCom message flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, etc.).
- Maintain product, order, and partner configuration within the TecAlliance ecosystem.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for TecCom processes and workflows.
- 2+ years working with TecAlliance, TecCom, EDI, or automotive aftermarket systems.
- Experience in B2B integration or ERP order management is highly valuable.
- Knowledge of Project Management.
- Creation of project documentation and user specifications.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data integration.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in system configuration and data validation.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes and how they relate to digital communication.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues in data exchanges and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Ability to implement solutions quickly to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
- Continuous process improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent technical and business communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or procurement processes is a plus.
- Expertise using TecCom modules: Availability Request, Order, Logistics, Invoice.
- Expertise in SAP.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication with internal teams and external partners
- Analytical approach and structured documentation skills
- Ability to handle complex order flows and troubleshooting
- Customer- and solution-focused mindset.
Languages
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
