TecCom Specialist

• Configure, operate, and optimize TecAlliance TecCom platforms (Order, Availability, Delivery, Invoice).
• Manage B2B communication processes between suppliers, distributors, and trading partners.
• Support onboarding of partners into TecCom channels and integrations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot EDI/TecCom message flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, etc.).
• Maintain product, order, and partner configuration within the TecAlliance ecosystem.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for TecCom processes and workflows.

• 2+ years working with TecAlliance, TecCom, EDI, or automotive aftermarket systems.
• Experience in B2B integration or ERP order management is highly valuable.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Creation of project documentation and user specifications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data integration.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in system configuration and data validation.
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes and how they relate to digital communication.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues in data exchanges and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Ability to implement solutions quickly to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
• Continuous process improvement mindset.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent technical and business communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or procurement processes is a plus.
• Expertise using TecCom modules: Availability Request, Order, Logistics, Invoice.
• Expertise in SAP.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication with internal teams and external partners
• Analytical approach and structured documentation skills
• Ability to handle complex order flows and troubleshooting
• Customer- and solution-focused mindset.

Languages

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
