O que valorizamos:
- Experiência em Problem & Incident Management com foco em análise, coordenação e comunicação;
- Excel e Power BI em nível avançado, com forte capacidade de análise, leitura e interpretação de dados;
- Experiência com Jira;
- Capacidade de estruturar informação complexa, produzir dashboards, relatórios e modelos analíticos acionáveis;
- Inglês fluente.
O que podes esperar desta função:
Porto – Regime híbrido
- Acompanhar o ciclo completo alerta → incidente → problema;
- Realizar análises de dados relacionadas com eventos operacionais, incidentes e problemas;
- Conduzir análises de impacto, suportando priorização e decisões críticas;
- Produzir relatórios regulares de performance e evolução dos temas;
- Liderar debriefs técnicos, documentando causas e impacto dos incidentes;
- Monitorizar e acompanhar planos de resolução associados às causas raiz identificadas;
- Assegurar comunicação clara, estruturada e eficaz com equipas técnicas, áreas internas e stakeholders chave;
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de processos e práticas de operação.
