WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Senior Application Support Engineer provides advanced second-line support, resolving complex technical issues and implementing minor fixes or enhancements.
In order to join our team, you must have:
- BA/BSc Degree in Engineer, Technology or similar;
- 6+ years with Java, , Spring Boot, Angular, NestJS;
- Strong DevOps/cloud experience;
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS/OpenShift;
- Database experience (MongoDB/Cosmos DB, SQL);
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have:
- Kafka and event-driven architectures.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve complex second-line incidents;
- Analyze logs, performance metrics, and system behavior;
- Implement corrective code fixes and enhancements;
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams;
- Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement.
And you must be:
