Wat ga je doen als Customer Support Specialist?

  • Je helpt MKB-klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat met vragen over advertising
  • Je geeft pre- en post-sales ondersteuning voor self-service advertentieproducten
  • Je denkt mee over hoe klanten hun campagnes kunnen laten groeien
  • Je signaleert trends en problemen en koppelt feedback terug aan het engineeringteam
  • Je vertegenwoordigt één van de meest herkenbare techmerken ter wereld en zorgt voor tevreden klanten

Training & onboarding - zo word jij de beste Customer Support Specialist:

Voor je start krijg je een intensieve training van ca. 13 werkdagen (8 uur per dag), inclusief:

  • Integratie in het Portugal team
  • Training in software, klantcontact (telefoon / e-mail / chat)
  • Producttraining over advertising en tools
  • On-the-job coaching tot je zelfstandig kunt werken\

Na succesvolle afronding van de training teken je je werkcontract. De trainingsperiode wordt uitbetaald wanneer je deze volledig afrondt.
