Accounts Payable Senior Analyst

About The Job

• The Accounts Payable Senior Analyst are key resources of the activity in Cost Accounting Operations as integrating parts of the teams, contributing for the roll out of the business every day and to the sharing of knowledge among the teams

Your Main Activities Are

• Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order)
• Identify, complete and request missing information
• Analyse and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices
• Assist the Management on the preparation of reporting documents
• Participate in meetings with the management and / or costumers when needed

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Management
• Experience as accounting officer or in a similar role
• SAP user experience as accounts payable with knowledge of P2P and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of VAT
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP system application
• Fluency in English
