Construction Project Manager
to join our

• Plan and ensure the monitoring and implementation of new construction and renovation projects, in line with the business guidelines;


• Oversee project management and coordinate with all internal/external stakeholders and licensing authorities;


• Act as the link between business needs and the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, according to defined specifications;


• Ensure compliance with the approved project budget, while delivering the best functional solutions and timely delivery of spaces critical to the company's commercial activity.

Professional experience in Construction Projects/Site Management
(retail experience is a plus) – Because understanding the pace and requirements of the sector allows for more efficient and aligned execution;


• Academic background in
Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture

• Knowledge of tools such as
BIM, CAD, Project
