We are looking for our next SAP HCM Consultant:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within SAP HCM projects;
  • Familiarity with industry-specific SAP HCM solutions (e.g., SAP for Public Sector, SAP for Healthcare);
  • Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Personnel Development (PD);
  • Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet specific business requirements;
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution);
  • Proven track record of successful SAP HCM implementations and upgrades;
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and migration projects is highly desirable;
  • Proficiency in data migration techniques, including LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs;
  • Experience with data reconciliation, data validation, and ensuring data integrity;
  • Skills in designing and developing HR reports using SAP tools like SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP BW/BI;
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical issues.
  • Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions;
  • Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs;
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation;
  • Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP, SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Additional relevant SAP certifications.
