About the job

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure.
• Analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
• Develop and implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
• Provide technical guidance and support to network administrators and users.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a network engineer or network administrator
• Proven track record of leading network engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting

Technical skills

• Proficient in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Cisco Prime, Nagios, Zabbix)
• Experience with cloud-based network solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with network security best practices and technologies (e.g., VPNs, IPS/IDS, SIEM)

Soft skills / transversal skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of network professionals
• Adaptability to changing technology and business requirements
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
