YOUR ROLE

You will work as a Tableau/Power BI Developer within the OMA Lab team, delivering end-to-end analytical solutions and partnering closely with the client's Product Owner and Technical Lead. Your focus is transforming business questions into clear, actionable dashboards and data models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate Tableau/Power BI dashboards.
  • Define KPIs, calculations and contribute to the semantic layer.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and Snowflake data extracts.
  • Support Snowflake data modeling (tables/views).
  • Guide power users in self-service analytics.
  • Maintain data quality dashboards and pipelines.

Immediate Assignment
Power BI dashboard C0080 – Site Oversight, first version due end of December, enhancements through January–February.

YOUR PROFILE

A hands-on BI developer with strong analytical thinking, able to decompose problems and deliver practical solutions while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Tableau or Power BI (one required).
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake (procedures, functions, views).
  • Good understanding of data modeling.
  • Ability to quickly learn new BI tools.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving and structured thinking.
  • Ownership and proactive mindset.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains.

Nice to Have

  • Pharma/clinical trials knowledge.
  • Experience with data quality frameworks.
  • Agile delivery experience.
