Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lisbon, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Entrepreneur, you will manage day-to-day operations, oversee client consultations, leverage market research to identify investment opportunities, and negotiate real estate deals. You will provide strategic advice regarding property evaluations and financial planning, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and residency frameworks. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be vital in driving business success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market research, investment analysis, and real estate trends
• Strong skills in negotiation, client consultations, and building business relationships
• Knowledge of legal, tax, Golden Visa, and Non-Residency regulations
• Experience with strategy development, financial planning, and property evaluation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to hybrid work settings
• Fluency in English; fluency in Portuguese or additional languages is a plus
• Prior experience or education in business, real estate, or finance is advantageous
