• User Interface Excellence: Harness your expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Angular or to develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for both internal systems and customer-facing applications.

• Collaborative Development: Work closely within agile, cross-functional teams, contributing to a dynamic development process and ensuring your designs perfectly align with user needs and backend functionalities.

• Innovative Solution Crafting: Engage in problem-solving to create solutions that enhance user interaction, focusing on performance, scalability, and reusability.

• Agile Workflow Integration: Embrace our agile methodology, participating in all phases of the development cycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

• Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing strategies using tools like Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, or Selenium to ensure a flawless user experience across all platforms.

This is a Rockstar Developer role, our take on the classic Software Developer.

Whatever you're working on, here's the lowdown on the technical skills you're likely to have: 

• 4+ years' experience with core frontend technologies and a portfolio that showcases your skill in creating user-centric designs.

• Expertise in at least one modern JavaScript framework with the flexibility to adapt and learn as project needs evolve.

• Demonstrated experience in applying testing tools/frameworks, like Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, Playwright and Cypress, to ensure the highest quality of user interfaces.

• Experience collaborating closely with UX designers to transform visions into tangible products.

Apart from strong technical skills, our fast-paced, fully agile environment values autonomy, teamwork, interaction, and resilience. Therefore, our Platform Product Visionaries should: 

• Embrace agile practices, especially Scrum, leveraging its events to foster a high-performing team.

• Be cross-functional, developing new skills to enable a team that owns the entire product lifecycle.

• Apply standard engineering practices using tools like version control, IDEs, and dashboards for organized development.

• Adopt DevOps best practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for building, testing, and deploying reliable software.

• Operate software post-deployment, including outside working hours if needed (extra compensation applies).

• Travel abroad occasionally to support all phases of product development.

• Have excellent English oral and written skills. German communication skills will be a plus.
