Functional Analyst / Developer

Are you passionate about finance, investment accounting, and turning business requirements into robust system solutions? Then this position is for you.

As a
Functional Analyst / Developer
, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, testing, and delivering functional changes within a leading investment management ecosystem, ensuring stable and high-quality delivery to production environments.

Build side:

• Analyse functional and technical change requests coming from business teams
• Translate business requirements into application configurations
• Configure and parameterize the application to support fund administration and investment accounting processes
• Work with multiple functional modules and understand their interactions
• Build and maintain SQL-based data extracts when required
• Create and maintain integration test cases
• Execute integration testing to ensure solution quality
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and technical stakeholders

Run side:

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Provide Level 3 support for production issues
• Investigate incidents and propose sustainable solutions
• Ensure stability and reliability of existing configurations
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with local and global stakeholders

This is your background

You have at least
2 years of professional experience
in demanding
financial industry
environments. You enjoy working at the intersection of finance and IT and are motivated to continuously expand your functional and technical knowledge. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have developed a solid foundation in finance or accounting and are building your career in functional analysis and application configuration within complex financial systems. You are eager to grow into a subject-matter expert while contributing to stable, high-quality deliveries in an international environment.

• Finance / Accounting academic background
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets, and/or investment accounting
• Application configuration and parameterization
• Functional and technical analysis
• Integration testing and UAT support
• SQL (Oracle) – basic knowledge is a plus
• Working in Agile / DevOps / Cloud-oriented teams
