At HumanIT, we're looking for a Junior Java Developer who is passionate about programming, eager to learn, and ready to bring fresh ideas to a talented and collaborative team. What Youll Do
- Develop reusable, testable, and scalable backend code aligned with best practices;
- Build and maintain libraries and components for future use;
- Integrate IoT devices and software into a complete system;
- Collaborate closely with other team members across disciplines;
- Support daily tasks within the Feature Team.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in backend development using Java;
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles;
- Familiarity with API integration, relational databases, and version control (Git);
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quality and production environments;
- A proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
