Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor for our premier beauty and cosmetics retailer, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our customers. You will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include supporting the after-sales process, managing online orders and refunds, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.

Salary Package:

  • Monthly Base Salary: 855  EUr gross, Annual Base Salary: 11,970 EUR
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (1,908.72 EUR per annum, net)
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month (240 EUR per annum)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 100 EUR per month (1,200 EUR per annum)
  • Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
  • Possible Gross Annual Income: Up to 15,318.72 EUR (including base salary, meal allowance, transport allowance, and performance bonus)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 08:00 AM 07:00 PM 
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00
  • Days Off: 2 days rotational

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with online orders, payment issues, tracking shipments, and processing returns and refunds.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our beauty products and services to provide accurate information and promote suggestive selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in French both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
