What you'll do:
  • You will join our Italian Country Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - design, write and optimize copy, and deliver high quality project in a timely manner.
  • You will identify and structure, together with your team, creative challenges and briefs that bring the best out of the Emma brand.
  • You will develop project plans with an agile approach.
  • You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
  • You will be able to work with different marketing channels to analyze the performance of your creative projects.
Who we're looking for:
  • You are fluent in Italian and English
  • You have collaborative skills and a creative mind.
  • You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
  • You are structured and organized.
  • You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are hands-on and can take ownership of your channels.
