Role Description
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale influencer campaigns on the Nixar platform.
In this role, you will manage creator partnerships end-to-end, from strategy and sourcing to execution and performance optimization. You will work closely with brands, creators, and internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results while continuously improving how influencer marketing is planned, executed, and evaluated.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands creators and platforms deeply, thinks in performance metrics, and is excited to operate at the intersection of creators, brands, and AI-driven marketing technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns for fashion and DTC brands.
- Source, evaluate, and manage creator partnerships using Nixar's data and analytics.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand goals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Oversee creator outreach, onboarding, briefing, and relationship management.
- Ensure high-quality content delivery, on-time execution, and brand alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize in-flight based on data and insights.
- Analyze results across sales, engagement, and ROI to inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve workflows, tools, and creator experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for brands on influencer campaign execution.
- Gather insights from creators and brands to inform product improvements and platform features.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Ability to evaluate creators using both qualitative judgment and performance data.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management abilities.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Interest in AI, analytics, and performance-driven marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Bonus points if:
- You have managed performance-based or affiliate influencer campaigns.
- You have worked with fashion, beauty, or DTC brands.
- You have experience using influencer marketing platforms or martech tools.
- You have worked in a startup or fast-growing environment.
- You are excited to grow into a senior influencer, partnerships, or growth role.
