The MS Collection Aveiro – Palacete de Valdemouro, a five-star hotel of the MS Collection brand (MS Hotels, part of the MS Group), offers international internship opportunities for students from leading hospitality schools.
Housed in an 18th-century historic palace, formerly the residence of the family of Eça de Queiroz, the hotel blends heritage, culture and timeless luxury. Located in the heart of Aveiro, often referred to as the Portuguese Venice, it provides a distinctive environment in which to apply academic knowledge within a real luxury hospitality setting.

- Kitchen and Pastry
Candidate Profile
- Students in hospitality, culinary arts or related fields
- Eligible for an international internship
- Motivated to learn and develop professional skills in a five-star hospitality environment
- Guest-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work effectively in multicultural teams
- Languages: English mandatory; Portuguese considered an asset
