Key Responsibilities:

Office IT & Local Support (On-site)

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for office employees
• Configure, deploy, and support MacBooks (macOS) as primary work devices
• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding:
• Laptop provisioning and deprovisioning
• Account creation, access revocation, and device handover
• Manage office IT infrastructure: Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, meeting rooms, VoIP
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
• Coordinate with external vendors: ISP, telecom, hardware and service providers
• Support office networking equipment and troubleshooting

Device Management & macOS Setup

• Prepare and maintain macOS environments: system configuration, updates, encryption (FileVault), security baselines and access policies
• Manage MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or similar)
• Enforce endpoint security controls: disk encryption, screen lock policies, OS updates
• Support corporate applications and VPN on macOS

Identity, Access & Okta (IAM / SSO)

• Administer Okta for: user lifecycle management (Joiner / Mover / Leaver), SSO, MFA, and access policies
• Integrate Okta with: Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, cloud platforms and internal tools
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC)
• Assist with identity security best practices: least privilege, MFA enforcement
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to IAM

Cloud & Infrastructure Support

• Support cloud infrastructure together with DevOps teams: AWS / Azure / GCP (operational level)
• Assist with: IAM policies and access management, VPN, bastion hosts, and secure access flows
• Perform basic monitoring and incident triage: logs, alerts, initial diagnostics
• Support backup and restore procedures under defined runbooks
• Participate in infrastructure and security improvements

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 2–3+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and MacBook provisioning
• Practical experience with Okta administration
• Solid knowledge of: Linux fundamentals (Ubuntu/CentOS) and basic Windows/macOS internals and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with: Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 and VPN solutions (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPSec)
• Understanding of: access control, IAM, and security fundamentals
• English — sufficient for documentation and technical communication

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in fintech or security-sensitive environments
• Familiarity with: Docker (basic understanding)
• Terraform / Ansible (read and execute level)
• MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
• Cloudflare Zero Trust or similar
• Exposure to compliance frameworks:
• ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS

Additional comments:

• DevOps processes (CI/CD, deployment, AWS) are covered by a separate engineer
• Handover and mentoring will be provided
