Position: Senior / Fullstack Developer (Go, Golang) (Remote)
Your Role:
As a Senior / Fullstack developer at Mineo, youll be part of a dynamic team working to enhance our AI-powered platform. You will contribute to developing intelligent features, solving complex challenges, and refining algorithms that improve talent matching and streamline recruitment for businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development:
- Design and develop scalable, distributed, server-side software applications and microservices.
- Implement remote solutions to facilitate peer-to-peer communication.
- Ensure cross-platform functionality and application compatibility.
- Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Establish and enhance security measures.
- Develop reusable code libraries for backend functionalities.
- Engage closely with product and design teams to grasp end-user requirements thoroughly.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.
Frontend Development:
- Collaborate with the Product Designer to conceptualize and execute product designs.
- Develop efficient and reusable front-end components and systems.
- Create clean and maintainable code solutions.
- Optimize solutions for enhanced speed and stability.
- Develop reusable code libraries (UI-ToolKit).
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Engage actively in the application lifecycle management.
- Promote and communicate best practices for front-end engineering.
- Contribute to all stages of our product pipeline, from inception to delivery.
General Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum team activities, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
- Write high-performance, reusable, and fully unit-tested code for both backend and frontend components.
- Enhance code quality by writing unit tests and implementing automation.
- Foster collaboration with team members to integrate innovative ideas.
- Champion and uphold best engineering practices, maintaining high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, or similar role with experience in both backend and frontend technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Backend: Proficiency in Go technologies, and practical knowledge of internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, and XML.
- Frontend: Proficient in coding single-page JavaScript applications (SPAs) using modern frameworks such as , , JavaScript, , or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and service-oriented architectures including REST and JSON.
- Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 and Object-Oriented JavaScript Frameworks, including TypeScript.
