What You'll Do

  • Lead Salesforce projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and testers.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adoption.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
Additional Information

Job Location and Residency Requirements:

  • This position is based in Portugal.
  • Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
