This position offers you the opportunity to join a global AI project focused on revolutionizing customer experiences by building highly performant, scalable AI agents deployed across industries such as finance, healthcare, commerce, and more. This outsourced role through Parser offers you the chance to work on impactful AI platforms shaping how businesses operate at scale. 

As an AI Engineer you will design, develop, and own production-grade AI agents that directly contribute to business growth. You will oversee the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), from pilots to deployment and ongoing iteration, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and intuitive. Your work will influence platform evolution and directly impact enterprise customers worldwide.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Architect and deliver scalable, mission-critical AI agents running in production environments.
  • Drive all phases of the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) with ownership and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with global enterprise clients and tech startups to tailor AI agent solutions addressing complex business challenges.
  • Surface client needs, prototype new AI tools and features, and collaborate across product, research, and platform teams to evolve AI agent capabilities.
  • Experiment with state-of-the-art AI technologies such as generative models and voice interfaces, integrating them into enterprise-grade offerings..

Technology Stack:

  • Languages: Go, React, Typescript, Python, SQL
  • Tools/Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Docker, FastAPI/Flask
  • Databases: Vector Databases, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
  • Cloud: AWS, IaC, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git)

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years in software engineering. Experience with frontend technologies like React and TypeScript, or backend programming with Go
  • Familiarity with modern AI agent tooling, such as evaluation frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and prompt engineering.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling end-to-end production AI/LLM or software systems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-evolving, ambiguous conditions.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership - creative and resourceful in shipping quality solutions.
  • Comfort engaging directly with customers to identify pain points and engineer pragmatic AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively bridging technical and business discussions.

Location:

  • UK-based: Hybrid model at the office in London. The employee must be available to work on-site 2–3 days per week, depending on client needs.
  • Spain or Portugal: Flexible remote work, with availability to travel to the London office
