What You'll do:

  • Conduct functional analysis for technical projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical specifications;
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and support technical delivery;
  • Work with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to support project lifecycle and team ceremonies;
  • Create, review, and maintain feature files following BDD practices;
  • Support and execute testing activities, ensuring functional validation and quality of deliveries;
  • Work with databases to analyze data, validate logic, and support functional requirements;
  • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and requirement understanding;
  • Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst;
  • Knowledge of Java (ability to understand technical context and communicate effectively with developers);
  • Experience with BDD methodologies and feature file creation;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Experience working with databases;
  • Experience performing functional testing;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with development teams.
