Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Windows Server Expert with over 10 years of experience in senior Windows Server technology engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Level 3 troubleshooting, incident and problem management, and the optimization of Windows Server environments. Key skills include expertise in AI-ops, Microsoft DFS, and global server administration, all while contributing effectively in an international team setting.

Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Windows Server environments through expert troubleshooting and guidance. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 3 support for Windows Server systems.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing optimization techniques.
  • Coordinating incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Leading inplace upgrades for Windows Server versions.
  • Supporting project implementation and technical initiatives.
  • Contributing to AI-Ops strategies and zero-touch operations.
  • Enhancing automation ratios for operational processes.
  • Managing Microsoft DFS and licensing requirements.
  • Participating in international team collaborations.

Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of expertise in Windows Server technologies.
  • Strong experience in Level 3 troubleshooting and support.
  • Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft DFS and license management.
  • Experience in project support and technical initiatives.
  • Ability to operate in an English-speaking work environment.

Nice to Have:
Preferred skills that would enhance a candidate's qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or French.
  • Experience with AI-Ops methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as IIS, Active Directory, and file services.

Other Details:
This position is focused on global server administration and involves collaboration with international teams. The role requires a strong commitment to operational excellence through automation and advanced troubleshooting practices. Remote work may be available based on project requirements.
