Job Description
We are looking for a Junior SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to support quality management workstreams across implementation, enhancement, and support projects. This role is well-suited for early-career professionals with hands-on SAP experience—either as end users or in another SAP functional/module area—who are eager to specialize in SAP Quality Management. You will work alongside senior consultants, gaining exposure to regulated life sciences environments and learning the full project lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support SAP QM configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Participate in design workshops and documentation.
• Work closely with senior consultants across MM/PP/WM/QM.
• Support users in daily operations and troubleshoot basic SAP issues.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SAP experience (any module as an end user of junior functional consultant).
• Understanding of core SAP processes and navigation; basic knowledge of master data, transactions, and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn SAP QM configuration and integration points.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a structured environment and follow project governance guidelines.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and interest in building a long-term career in SAP consulting.
