The Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Working Capital team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and operational performance metrics within a dynamic corporate environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of working capital forecasts and perform variance analysis against actual results.

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting of key metrics, including: DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle) CCNWC (Cash Conversion Net Working Capital)

• Investigate drivers impacting working capital performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, FP&A, Operations) to gather data and validate assumptions.

• Prepare trend analysis and dashboards to monitor performance over time.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital management.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
