Estamos à procura de um(a) Corporate Travel Consultant com paixão pelo serviço ao cliente e foco em resultados, para integrar a nossa equipa, em modelo presencial no nosso escritório em Algés.
O que irás fazer:
Gerir reservas de viagens corporativas (voos, hotéis, rent-a-car, transfers e outros serviços associados);
Apoiar contas empresariais de grande dimensão, assegurando o cumprimento de políticas de viagem;
Utilização de ferramentas GDS (Amadeus / Travelport) e plataformas de self-booking e reporting;
Interagir com fornecedores e parceiros internacionais;
Colabore com a equipe de operações para garantir o melhor atendimento ao cliente.
O que procuramos:
Experiência comprovada em viagens corporativas (mín. 2 anos);
Domínio de GDS Amadeus & Travelport;
Boa capacidade de comunicação em português e inglês (outras línguas valorizadas);
Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e atenção ao detalhe;
Espírito colaborativo, orientação para resultados e gosto por sons sonoros.
