Syone is looking for a Business Analyst to join our banking team.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business challenges, analyzing processes, and turning requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in financial services.

What you'll do:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
  • Convert business needs into user stories and functional specifications
  • Lead workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholders
  • Execute gap analysis and process mapping initiatives
  • Develop process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Support development and QA teams during testing and delivery
  • Ensure alignment between business and technical teams

What you will need to bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with requirements analysis and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English (required)

Nice to Have:

  • CBAP, IIBA, PMI-PBA or similar certifications
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, SQL or BI tools
