PCI Compliance Specialist, PDS Program (German/English)

Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, aligned with company goals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to support customer needs.
- Contribute to the team's efforts in growing the business.
- Recognize chances to recommend and upsell security and compliance products based on customer profiles.
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center
- 1+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in remote or virtual environments
- Fluency in German, C1 level.
- Fluency in English, C1 level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Team player with a positive attitude, that enjoys sales and customer service
- Attentive listener with clear and confident communication
- Professional phone presence and soft skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Available to work flexible shifts while displaying impeccable schedule adherence
