YOUR ROLE
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
- Document detailed functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide support during development and testing phases to ensure alignment with business needs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Subject matter expertise in banking functional areas: Instant and Domestic Payments.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret business requirements.
- Experience in designing and executing functional tests.
- Hands-on experience working in Scrum methodology.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in documenting detailed functional requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
