In this environment in permanent evolution, due to extension and diversification of business activity, the procurement department faces several challenges that require strategic thinking and proactive management in their daily activities. By addressing these challenges, the procurement department not only supports the operational needs of the company but also contributes to its strategic goal and long-term success.

Job Description:
You will join our procurement team to support the efficient and effective execution of procurement operational activities. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in the procurement process to meet the diverse needs of our business unit.

Your Missions:

• Support supplier registration within the E-Procurement platform (IVALUA).
• Verify and validate information from new supplier profiles for activation.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase requisitions and orders.
• Manage Purchase Order allocation with invoices received from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
• Escalate blocking points/situations with the Procurement and Account Payable team.
• Support queries received from internal users via the ticketing system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement department.
• Provide administrative support, including meetings and maintaining communication with internal stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience with generative AI tools (OpenAI) for improving day-to-day productivity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving orientation.
• Enjoys working in a team as well as independently.
• Enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
