Product Compliance Specialist

O que vais fazer?

  • Gerir de forma autónoma os processos de conformidade e certificação de produtos, assegurando o cumprimento da legislação aplicável;

  • Analisar e interpretar requisitos legais e normativos (ex.: REACH, CLP e outros regulamentos europeus e americanos aplicáveis ao produto);

  • Apoiar os Departamentos de Design e I&D durante os processos de desenvolvimento de novos produtos;

  • Garantir a conformidade da rotulagem, documentação técnica e comunicação do produto;

  • Coordenar testes de produtos e componentes, articulando com laboratórios, fornecedores e equipas internas;

  • Acompanhar clientes, parceiros e fornecedores, esclarecendo questões técnicas e regulamentares;

  • Manter e desenvolver as bases de dados de produtos e respetiva documentação de compliance;

  • Elaborar fichas técnicas de produto e outra documentação necessária.

Que competências deves ter?

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado na área das Ciências (Biologia, Bioquímica, Química ou similar);

  • Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em Product Compliance, Assuntos Regulamentares ou áreas similares;

  • Conhecimentos sólidos de legislação e regulamentação aplicável a produtos (ex.: REACH, CLP, valorizam-se conhecimentos em segurança de produtos/brinquedos);

  • Conhecimentos de SAP (preferencial);

  • Capacidade avançada de interpretação normativa e análise de risco;

  • Fluência em inglês (oral e escrito); outros idiomas são valorizados;

  • Elevada atenção ao detalhe e rigor técnico;

  • Pensamento crítico e capacidade de tomada de decisão;

  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e influência junto de diferentes áreas;

  • Forte capacidade de organização, planeamento e controlo documental;

  • Boas competências digitais (bons conhecimentos de Excel e facilidade em trabalhar com plataformas, bases de dados e documentação digital);

  • Capacidade de gerir múltiplos projetos, prazos e prioridades.
