What You'll do:

  • Lead functional design for SAP FS-PM (Policy Management – Insurance) solutions;
  • Support architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business needs;
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications;
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners;
  • Work with ABAP, integration, and SAP BTP teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;
  • Ensure integration with FS-CD, FS-CM, FS-ICM, and SAP S/4HANA Finance;
  • Support testing phases (SIT and UAT), cutover, and go-live activities;
  • Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Insurance;
  • Work in complex, highly regulated environments;
  • Optionally support pre-sales activities and effort estimations;
  • Hybrid Work Model;

What You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Insurance;
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FS-PM (Policy Management);
  • Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and/or Property & Casualty (P&C) processes;
  • Experience in SAP implementations or rollout projects;
  • Ability to handle regulatory and compliance requirements;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA;
  • Experience with SAP BTP and APIs;
  • Knowledge of IFRS 17 and/or Solvency II;
