We are looking for our next ServiceNow developer:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related;
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree;
- Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role within ITSM/ITOM projects;
- Familiarity with industry-specific applications of ServiceNow (e.g., HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management);
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM);
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications;
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS;
- Experience with other scripting languages like GlideScript and Jelly;
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods;
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools;
- Proficiency in working with ServiceNow data, including data import, export, and manipulation;
- Experience with ServiceNow data schema, tables, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database);
- Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and orchestration for automating tasks and processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges;
- Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions;
- Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions;
- Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation;
- Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Fluent in English.
