Position Summary
For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Master Data Junior Specialist. Reporting to Master Data Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered and support Total Service Quality levels to the stakeholders, adhering to standardization.

A day in the life of...

  • Update the system daily with information about Materials our customers;
  • Perform periodic activity relevant review´s with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
  • Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during DORs/WORs;
  • Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
  • Maintaining and contributing to a good relationship between the team and the different markets;
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points and adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices).

What Will Make You Successful

  • Degree on Analytics/Management area;
  • Previous experience with data management (preferred but not a must);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good level of Spanish and/or French (plus)
  • Detail oriented, team member and result focus;
  • Proactively thinks outside of the box to find better ways to achieve service expectations;
