A
Innovation Makers Competence Center
está a recrutar um
XSOAR Cybersecurity Engineer
para integrar a nossa equipa em Lisboa, ou no Porto, para projetos na área de
Cybersecurity Operations
e
Automation
.

Esta função é dirigida a profissionais com experiência em
SOC, SIEM e SOAR
, com um foco forte em
automação de resposta a incidentes
e otimização de processos de segurança.


Responsabilidades:

  • Desenhar, implementar e manter
    SOAR use cases
    e
    playbooks de automação
    em plataformas como
    Cortex XSOAR, Microsoft Sentinel e FortiSIEM
    ;
  • Monitorizar e analisar alertas de segurança provenientes de diferentes
    plataformas SIEM
    , assegurando uma resposta eficaz e atempada;
  • Correlacionar e investigar logs de múltiplas fontes (ex.:
    Elastic, Sentinel, FortiSIEM
    ) para identificação de padrões maliciosos e potenciais incidentes;
  • Desenvolver
    scripts de automação
    e
    integrações
    para acelerar a resposta a incidentes;
  • Otimizar continuamente workflows SOAR, reduzir
    falsos positivos
    e melhorar a eficiência operacional;
  • Documentar procedimentos de resposta a incidentes e contribuir para a
    base de conhecimento da equipa
    ;
  • Acompanhar e formar
    analistas SOC júnior
    , promover boas práticas e adoção de automação;
  • Participar em
    post-mortems de incidentes
    , contribuindo para a identificação de
    root causes
    e melhoria contínua de processos.


Perfil técnico:

  • Formação académica superior em IT, Engenharia Informática, ou experiência profissional equivalente;
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência
    em ambientes SOC ou operações de segurança;
  • Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência prática
    com plataformas SOAR;
  • Bons conhecimentos de
    scripting
    (Python, PowerShell ou Bash);
  • Forte compreensão de
    incident response, threat detection
    e
    security monitoring
    ;
  • Experiência prática com
    Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Microsoft Sentinel
    e
    FortiSIEM
    .


Valorizamos:

  • Experiência com outras ferramentas de automação e SOAR, como
    Elastic Security (Elastic SIEM), Tines, DFLabs IncMan, Siemplify (Chronicle SOAR)
    ou
    Swimlane
    ;
  • Familiaridade com integrações via
    REST APIs
    ;
  • Conhecimento do
    MITRE ATT&CK Framework
    ;
  • Boas práticas de
    documentação técnica
    ;
  • Certificações, nomeadamente,
    Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR Certified Automation Engineer, Microsoft SC-200 – Security Operations Analyst Associate, Fortinet NSE 5 – FortiSIEM, Elastic Certified Analyst, Swimlane Certified SOAR Developer, Tines Automation Specialist
    .
