Luxury Touring & Travel Advisor

to join our elite client services team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within a
DMC, tour operator, or high-volume luxury travel environment

and thrives on designing and executing
intricate, multi-city, multi-country itineraries

with absolute precision.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a professional who understands how global routing, local operators, timing, permits, transfers, and on-the-ground execution all interlock — and who takes pride in orchestrating seamless journeys across continents.

The Role

You will be responsible for architecting and delivering
highly complex touring programs

for discerning clients, often involving:

  • Multiple countries and cities
  • Tight transitions and layered logistics
  • Local guides, fixers, and destination specialists
  • High-expectation clients with zero margin for error

You will collaborate closely with
destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, luxury hotels, airlines, and ground partners

to ensure flawless execution from initial concept through post-trip review.

Key Responsibilities

Touring Design & Complex Itinerary Planning

  • Design and execute
    multi-country, multi-city touring itineraries

with detailed routing and pacing
- Coordinate flights, inter-city transfers, guides, drivers, accommodations, activities, dining, and special access
- Balance logistics, cultural flow, and client comfort to create cohesive journeys
- Anticipate visa, timing, seasonal, and operational considerations across regions

DMC & On-the-Ground Partner Management

  • Work directly with
    DMCs, tour operators, and local destination partners

worldwide
- Manage detailed day-by-day programs, confirmations, manifests, and operational notes
- Align vendors across time zones to ensure continuity and accountability
- Capture vendor insights, operational nuances, and client preferences for future tours

High-Touch Client Communication

  • Translate client vision into executable touring programs
  • Communicate complex itineraries clearly and confidently to clients
  • Manage expectations while maintaining a calm, professional presence
  • Provide real-time support during travel when required

Problem Solving & Live Operations

  • Navigate last-minute changes, weather disruptions, timing shifts, or vendor issues
  • Make fast, informed decisions under pressure
  • Proactively identify risk points in complex itineraries and mitigate them in advance
  • Escalate critical issues efficiently while owning day-to-day resolutions

Systems, Documentation & Precision

  • Track all touring components using , Zendesk, and internal systems
  • Maintain meticulous records, timelines, and confirmations
  • Document routing logic, vendor feedback, and operational learnings
  • Contribute to refining touring SOPs and best-practice playbooks

Who You Are

  • You have
    5+ years of experience

in luxury travel, touring, DMCs, or high-end tour operations
- You've built and executed
complex, multi-country itineraries

and understand the details that make or break them
- You are deeply organized, methodical, and thrive in fast-moving environments
- You think several steps ahead and anticipate operational challenges before they arise
- You are calm, decisive, and resourceful when plans change
- You care about the
experience on the ground

Requirements

  • 5+ years in luxury travel, DMC, tour operator, or premium hospitality environments
  • Proven experience with complex touring programs and layered logistics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in written and verbal client communication
  • Comfort working across time zones and with international partners
  • Proficiency with email and Google Workspace; willingness to learn and Zendesk
  • Ability to work EST hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, flexibility required)
  • Availability for occasional travel for site visits, team meetings, or client programs
