Join us as a Portuguese and Spanish speaking customer specialist
As a customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support, assisting them with inquiries and troubleshooting their issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist customers via multiple channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English;
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance;
- Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood;
- Handle customer complaints with patience, offering suitable solutions and escalations where necessary;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.
What are we looking for:
- Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1+)
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish (C1+)
- Knowledge of English for internal comunication (B1+)
- Availability to work 5 days per week (including Saturdays & Sundays)
- Availability to work 8 hours per day, with shifts from 9am to 6pm;
- Availability to work in shifts;
- Availability to work in our office in Oporto;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Time management skills with the ability to meet goals and handle multiple customer interactions.
