Join us as a Portuguese and Spanish speaking customer specialist

As a customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support, assisting them with inquiries and troubleshooting their issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customers via multiple channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance;
  • Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood;
  • Handle customer complaints with patience, offering suitable solutions and escalations where necessary;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.

What are we looking for:

  • Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1+)
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish (C1+)
  • Knowledge of English for internal comunication (B1+)
  • Availability to work 5 days per week (including Saturdays & Sundays)
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day, with shifts from 9am to 6pm;
  • Availability to work in shifts;
  • Availability to work in our office in Oporto;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet goals and handle multiple customer interactions.
