 Important: This is an On-Site Position in Lisbon

This is an on-site position based at our office in the Lisbon Metropolitan area. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available once you join the team.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our development team in Lisbon and play a key role in planning, coordinating, and driving the successful delivery of our technology projects. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with high quality.

Your Mission
Oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects, from planning to execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution.

• Track time and effort, prepare regular status reports, and communicate progress clearly.

• Coordinate development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.

• Identify and manage project risks, proactively resolving issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management.

• Experience with Fintech projects. 

• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proven experience managing and coordinating technical teams.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Advanced level of English.

• PMP, PSM, or equivalent certifications
