Missão

Garantir a gestão eficaz dos riscos associados à fadiga operacional, promovendo a segurança das operações através da monitorização, análise e investigação de ocorrências, desenvolvimento de medidas mitigadoras, e colaboração interdepartamental, em conformidade com os princípios do FRMS e o Sistema de Gestão de Segurança Operacional.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Monitorizar e colaborar no Processo de tratamento de ocorrências:
  • Classificar ocorrências utilizando as taxonomias pertinentes, incluindo a ICAO ADREP;
  • Classificar ocorrências constantes da Hazard Log;
  • Recolher informação de contexto sobre ocorrências validadas;
  • Participar na classificação de Risco das ocorrências (ERC);
  • Gerir e acompanhar ocorrências na sua esfera de atribuição, mantendo a informação nelas constante atualizada;
  • Assegurar a identificação de causas e fatores contribuintes, bem como validar a adequabilidade de medidas corretivas/preventivas desenvolvidas.
  • Atuar como elemento de ligação com o pessoal operacional na sua área de especialização;
  • Elaborar relatórios de investigação, com toda a informação pertinente recolhida durante o processo de investigação;
  • Realizar Processos de Risk Assessments, Processos de Gestão da Mudança e Safety Studies, e quando pertinente com a colaboração dos Safety Risk Analysts;
  • Encaminhar as ações a tomar/esclarecer às Entidades envolvidas, internas e/ou externas;
  • Atualizar o Safety Management Manual e Manual de Procedimentos nos processos associados ao Risk Management;
  • Participar no desenvolvimento de Safety Newsletters, Bulletins, posters, etc. no âmbito de Comunicação Operacional de Safety, com a o Safety Communication Coordinator;
  • Colaborar no desenvolvimento e realização da Formação Operacional de Safety, e suas apresentações, em conjunto com a Performance & Safety Intelligence.
  • Participar no processo de melhoria contínua da Área e do SMS.
  • Colaborar e participar em processos de investigação, em conjunto com a equipa de investigação designada, facultando e compilando a informação pertinente e necessária, no âmbito Fadiga;
  • Analisar reportes de fadiga (FHR), classificar e agrupar a informação recolhida;
  • Desenvolver ações preventivas/corretivas e de monitoria, se necessário;
  • Identificar e analisar KPIs no âmbito da fadiga;
  • Elaborar relatórios para análise da operação planeada e realizada, bem como Operational Robustness of Rosters;
  • Promover reuniões de trabalho intercalares e interdepartamentais entre cada DSAG Fatigue, para continuidade e resolução dos assuntos em agenda.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • 12ºano de escolaridade;
  • Experiência de três anos de experiência na interpretação e aplicação das regras de planeamento de horários de trabalho em ambiente operacional, ou enquanto Tripulante (Técnico ou de Cabina), ou experiência no exercício de funções relevantes num operador com COA;
  • Conhecimentos enquanto utilizador autónomo de MS Office;
  • Domínio da língua inglesa (falado e escrito).
